Shipping Information

  • The current shipping time is 3-7 business days. This excludes weekends & holidays
  • Orders placed after 5pm PST will begin processing the next business day.
  • If a product is needed urgently or you would like to upgrade to priority shipping please contact us.
  • International shipping can be done at request. Please contact me on here or through the Twitter & Instagram links at the bottom of the page.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser, they will be expected to pay for the items to be shipped again.
  • If there are issues with USPS delivery please contact your local post office regarding your package. We cannot be at fault for issues caused by USPS. However, if you have done everything possible to reach out to your local USPS please contact me to discuss further steps.

•Refunds: No refunds on custom orders once they have been made! If you have changed your mind about a product, please contact within 24 hours to let us know to cancel the order. We will do our best to work with you. If your order has already shipped you CANNOT ask for a refund. 

  • Refunds will not be allowed on ANY opened products. Items that cannot be returned: Lip scrubs, Lip Butter, Hemp Scrub, Face Masks, and Rollers. Other products may be returned if the packaging has not be tampered with in any way. Returns are NOT gauranteed.

If the wrong item is shipped to you, please contact us immediately and we will correct the issue.
