Returns cannot be accepted for products that have been used or tampered with. If you placed an order and decided you no longer want it, it can be canceled only before being shipped. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be refunded unless the box remains unopened and is sent back to us. This MUST be discussed with us beforehand. 

Q. Received the wrong item?

A. We are happy to replace! Please contact us to discuss next steps.

Q. My item is broken now what?

A. If the box is in perfect condition and your item broke it can be replaced. However, if the item broke because of USPS damaging your box, it is not our fault. I use the sturdiest boxes possible to prevent this. Please message us and we will discuss what can be done next. 

Q. USPS says delivered but I didn’t get anything?

A. Often enough USPS can do this. Please take all steps possible before reaching out to me. Ask your neighbors if they received the package on accident. Ask your mail delivery person or go to your local post office and let them know the situation. If they are still unable to find the package please message me to see what we can do next.


I do NOT 100% gaurantee refunds for packages USPS deliberately lost or broke. However, I want you to be happy still & want to figure out a solution. The solution depends on the order & items. This is because some items are seasonal or limited. I will do my best, but please contact me so we can figure it out :)
