Pre-Sales Questions and Product Info

Some crystals are but most are not! Only water safe crystals are used inside bath bombs. If a crystal is not water safe it will be paired with the bath bomb on the side to charge it.
Almost all ingredients are safe for sensitive skin as everything used is kept as natural as possible. If you have any allergies please check the ingredients on each listing before purchasing.
We do our best to use only 100% natural or naturally derived ingredients! However, there may be some ingredients used that are not naturally derived, such as, alcohol used for the mica based pigment on painted bath bombs. We are unable to paint bath bombs with a water based pigment blend as it would make the bath bombs fizz up. You will always see our ingredients labeled on each listing before purchasing so that you can know exactly what is in your products!

As a warning for those with extreme allergies, we take great care to prevent cross contamination, but there's always a risk that a product may have come in contact with another ingredient.
Our products do not contain gluten. however, if we do use a gluten product we will label it as so on the listing. Transparency is important to us, and you can find a list of the ingredients for every product on its packaging (if applicable), and our website product pages. Check the individual product's ingredients list before use.
Almost all products are used with 100% pure essential oils, however, for certain updates we may include a fragrance oil to the blend to achieve a desired scent for the product. We will make a note on the ingredients section of the listing.
Some of our products do contain byproducts of nuts, such as, coconut, avocado, or kukui. We always display our ingredients on each product listing for transparency.

We recommend keeping your container-less products in a dry, cool environment away from sunlight and excess heat. You can use any airtight container, a glass jar or you can reuse the compostable bag provided. If you use the product in the shower or bath, make sure that you let it drain and dry out before storing it.

We take custom orders based on production flow and quantity size. Order custom bath bombs for Bachelorette parties, Birthdays, Baby Showers, Office Parties, Events, and more! Minimum size for a custom order of bath bombs is:
-Rounds: 8+
-3D Designs: 10+

If you would like to order other products as custom orders, there will be a 5 product minimum, depending on the product type.
Yes, we accept wholesale orders! Just contact us and let us know what you are looking to order! Provide as much information as possible when reaching out.
We have preset bundles in the shop and offer limited bundles for the holidays. If you have a special occasion and you are looking to gift wrap an order please contact us to see if we can accommodate! (Only for orders $50 and up)
Yes, you can. Just choose the local pick-up option at check out. You will receive an e-mail within 24 hours after placing your order providing you with the dates and location available for pick-up. You MUST come to us, we do not do delivery. Orders can be picked up at pop-up events if placed 72 hours before an event.
We sometimes have discounts, sales or promotions. But, when we do, we post them on our social media pages or in our e-mail newsletter.
We highly recommend signing up for email as the best way to stay up-to-date on any upcoming offers.
Currently orders are being shipped within 3-5 business days. This excludes weekends and holidays. You will receive your tracking number once your order has shipped via e-mail.

No worries! If your tracking number says that it has no information yet, it can take at least 48 hours to activate on the carrier's end. Due to a high volume of orders, shipping carriers may take even longer to activate the tracking information and unfortunately we have no control over this part of the process.
We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed.
Unfortunately no. Once you have checked out, we're not able to change the payment method on the order.

Sometimes the delivery service can scan and mark things as delivered before they actually deliver them. Allow an extra day or two for it to show up. Ask your neighbors if they have received a package. Then, reach out to your local post office to ask them about the package. If they are still unable to locate the package, please reach out to us via e-mail or the "Get in Touch" page. Be sure to provide your Order #, First and Last name, and what information the post office has provided to you. We will be happy to assist you!
